The SoftDream™ Pillow
Is the SoftDream pillow suitable for my sleeping position?
Absolutely. The SoftDream features an advanced Dual-Profile Design and a 3-zone orthopaedic architecture. Whether you sleep on your back, side, or front, the adaptive memory foam contours to your neck and head to ensure flawless spinal alignment.
Will this pillow make me sweat at night?
Not at all! We use our proprietary ChillWave Heat Dissipation Tech, which actively pulls heat away from your head and shoulders. Combined with our highly breathable, OEKO-TEX® certified cover, you will stay perfectly cool all night long.
How do I wash and care for my pillow?
It’s incredibly easy. The ultra-soft, hypoallergenic outer cover features a zip design. Simply remove the cover and pop it into the washing machine. (Please note: the inner memory foam core should not be machine washed; spot clean only if necessary).
Does it really help with neck pain and snoring?
Yes! Our pillow was designed in consultation with chiropractors. By guiding your body into its most natural posture, it actively relieves tension in the neck and shoulders. Proper alignment also helps keep your airways open, which can dramatically reduce snoring.

How long does delivery take?
We process all orders rapidly, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Once dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD, your fully tracked parcel will typically arrive at your doorstep within 6 to 10 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping for a single pillow is just £4.95. However, if your order value is £70.00 or over (for example, if you buy 2 or more pillows), you automatically qualify for FREE UK Delivery.
Will I be charged customs duties or VAT?
For the vast majority of our orders (under £135), the price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not face any hidden fees or extra VAT charges upon delivery.

(Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging).
